Die Ausstellung ›Unbound: Performance as Rupture‹ in der Julia Stoschek Foundation Berlin zeigt, wie Künstler*innen seit Generationen ihren Körper vor der Kamera einsetzen, um in vorherrschende Ideologien einzugreifen und den kolonialen Blick von der Kamera zurückzuweisen. The exhibition, ›Unbound: Performance as Rupture‹, addresses how over generations artists have used their bodies and the performative action recorded by the camera to intervene in and refuse dominant ideological orders and the colonial gaze perpetuated by the camera. Die Pickle Bar zeigt im Rahmen der Berlin Art Week die Performance ›What Stays The Same After We Change II‹ der multidisziplinären Künstlerin Filipka Rutkowska. Sie kombiniert Elemente des Monodramas, des Rituals, der Stand-up-Comedy und des Nachtlebens, um über das Konzept der Veränderung aus einer nicht-binären Perspektive zu reflektieren. As part of Berlin Art Week, the Pickle Bar presents the performance ›What Stays The Same After We Change II‹ by multidisciplinary artist Filipka Rutkowska. She combines elements of monodrama, ritual, stand-up comedy and nightlife to reflect on the concept of change from a non-binary perspective.
