Geneva, 26 May 2017 – Sotheby’s is delighted to announce a brand new date in the auction calendar: the first-ever sale of Fine Jewels in Geneva. The auction on 1 June will be the first of a regular series of jewellery auctions, to be held in Sotheby’s galleries at 2 rue François-Diday.

Alongside Sotheby’s biannual sales of Magnificent Jewels and Noble Jewels, the new Fine Jewels sale will offer a wide range of fine quality signed jewels and decorative pieces with a wide variety of estimates. Set on a more accessible scale, the event will offer opportunities for collectors and newcomers alike to acquire stylish jewels from the most important jewellery houses at very appealing prices. The jewels to be offered will be exhibited before the sale from 29 – 31 May.
